You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day you place your order. Here's how to use it.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the day after we accept your order to cancel without giving a reason.
Email hello@britishsolar.co.uk, call 0800 000 0000, or post a notice to British Solar Ltd, 1 Solar Court, Sheffield S1 2AB.
You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to.
We'll refund all payments received from you, including your deposit, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
If you ask us in writing to begin work (e.g. send out an installer) before the 14 days are up and you then cancel, we may charge you for the work reasonably completed up to the point of cancellation.
Once your system has been fully installed and commissioned, the statutory cooling-off period no longer applies. Any defects after that are covered by your workmanship and product warranties.
